Proof beats pedigree

Most jobs don't come to most colleges. Off campus, what gets you an interview is proof: deployed projects with real numbers, and a routine that puts them in front of people who hire. This playbook is how you build both in 30 days.

The four parts

  1. The 30-day AI skills track

Two hours a day on free resources, from how models learn to embeddings, RAG, agents and fine-tuning. Every day ends with a "done when" checkpoint, and every week with a quiz.

  2. Three projects recruiters open

A cited RAG app, a tool-using agent and a small fine-tuned model, each with an evaluation table, a README that puts the numbers first and a free deployment.

  3. The off-campus job machine

Where fresher jobs are actually posted, a weekly routine that fits in an hour a day, message templates for recruiters, engineers and founders, and how to spot a scam.

  4. The interview minimum

75 DSA problems by pattern, the aptitude you need, 100 fundamentals answers, 35 AI questions, the HR round and what to check in an offer.

Who it's for

  • Final-year students and recent graduates in CS, IT and AI/ML looking for their first job
  • Students at colleges with few campus recruiters
  • Anyone who can write basic Python and wants an AI engineering or developer role

Who it's not for

  • Anyone looking for a guaranteed job, leaked papers or company question dumps
  • People who want to collect certificates rather than build and ship projects

Questions

Is this a job guarantee?

No. It's a system: a 30-day plan, three projects and a job-search routine. Your results depend on the hours you put in and on the market. It contains no leaked papers and no company question dumps.

What do I need to know before I start?

Basic Python. If you can't yet write a function with a loop and a dictionary, the book starts you on a free Python pre-week, then Day 1.

Do I have to buy courses or tools?

No. Every learning resource it links is free or official, and the few paid options are labelled. Free tiers change often, so check each tool's current limits before you build on it.

How long does it take?

30 days at two hours a day, or 15 days on the four-hours-a-day fast track, plus 30 minutes each evening for DSA and fundamentals.

Is it only for India?

It's written for Indian engineering students job-hunting off-campus, and it also lists international channels for graduate and new-grad roles.

Do I get updates?

The book is re-checked every quarter. If a new edition comes out within a year of your purchase, you get it free.

Can I share it with friends?

Please don't. It's licensed for your personal use: keep it, print it and use the templates in your own job search. Share the link to this page instead.

How do I receive it?

As a download. After payment your download page opens, and we email you a link that works for 30 days. If you lose it, we send a new one free for at least a year.
