Who you're dealing with
wins.solutions is operated by an individual based in India. “We” and “us” mean the operator; “you” means anyone using the site. By using the site or buying a pack or bundle, you agree to these terms. Contact details and how to raise a complaint are on the contact page.
Free resources
Free guides, sheets, roadmaps, tool lists and blog posts are for learning. We research them from official sources and date the facts that change, but software, prices, syllabi and hiring processes change, and a guide can't know your situation. They are general information, not professional, legal, financial or career advice. Check the official source before relying on a fact, and test changes in your own environment. You are responsible for the software you build and the decisions you make.
We don't promise results. No guide or pack guarantees a placement, an exam score, a job offer, income or customers.
You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages, with credit and a link.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy a pack or bundle. By buying, you confirm that you are.
Buying a pack or bundle
Purchases open soon. Until then, nothing can be bought and no payment is taken.
- What you get. Each pack's page lists everything inside it before you buy. Packs and bundles are digital files; nothing is posted.
- Price. The price on the page is the total you pay, in Indian rupees, including any tax we must charge. We add no fees at checkout. It is a one-time price; nothing is a subscription and nothing renews.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed when Razorpay confirms the payment and we show or email your download link.
- Mistakes in a price. If a price is shown wrongly by an obvious error, we will tell you before delivering and refund you in full if you don't want the pack at the correct price. We never charge more than the price you agreed to.
- Buyers outside India. Purchases from outside India will open later.
How files reach you is set out in the shipping and delivery policy, and when you can get your money back in the cancellation and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
What you may do with a pack
When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to:
- download the files, keep them on your devices and print them for yourself;
- use templates, checklists and code from a pack in your own resume, projects, apps and client work.
You may not:
- share, upload, sell or give away the files themselves, or post your download link publicly;
- pass off a pack, or large parts of it, as your own product or course material.
If a download link is shared publicly, we may switch it off and send you a new one. The content on this site belongs to the operator unless it says otherwise; names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the site, get paid files without buying them, scrape the site in a way that harms it, or use it to break the law.
Links, affiliate links and ads
Guides link to tools and documentation run by other companies. We aren't responsible for their sites, content or products. Some links are affiliate links, labelled “Paid link”: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes the order of our lists. Your purchase is then between you and that seller, under their terms. Free pages may show labelled ads. See how we choose tools.
Our responsibility to you
If a pack is faulty, not as described or not delivered, you are entitled to a fix or a refund under our refund policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or opportunities, from using the free resources;
- for anything related to a purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact our grievance officer first; most problems are solved quickly that way. Otherwise, the courts of India have jurisdiction. This does not stop you, as a consumer, from filing a complaint with the consumer commission where you live or work, or contacting the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915).
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. We post significant changes on this page at least 14 days before they apply. A purchase is always governed by the terms in force when you made it.
