What wins.solutions collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
wins.solutions is operated by an individual based in India. In this policy “we” means the operator. We decide what personal data is collected and why, so under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary, and under the EU and UK GDPR the controller.
We collect as little as we can. You can read every free guide without an account, without giving us your email and, today, without any analytics or advertising cookies.
What we collect and why
Each row is one kind of data. Services that are not switched on yet are marked below; until they are, that data is not collected.

We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for anything not listed here.
Hosting
wins.solutions is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare from data centres around the world, usually one near you. Like any website, each request reaches Cloudflare with your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time, which Cloudflare uses to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We don't run our own servers for these pages and don't keep server logs. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers how it handles request data.
Purchases
Not active on this site
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator). You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay's checkout, not on our pages, and Razorpay's privacy policy applies to them. We receive only what we need to deliver and support your order: your email, your name if you give it, what you bought, the amount, the date and Razorpay's order and payment references. We use your email to send the download link, the receipt and messages about that order. Buying something never adds you to the newsletter.
Newsletter
Not active on this site
If you join the list or ask for a free PDF by email, we store your email address, your first name if you give it and the page you signed up from, and use them only to send what you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is as quick as joining. While the list is not active, the signup forms store nothing.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Active on this site
Cloudflare adds a small script to every page that counts visits and measures how fast pages load: the page, the site you came from, your country, browser, operating system and device type. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and Cloudflare says it doesn't fingerprint visitors. We see only totals, never individual visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Google Analytics
Not active on this site
When switched on, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and guides are useful: pages viewed, the site you came from, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, and clicks on a few key buttons such as opening a pack preview. Google Analytics uses cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you agree in a consent banner where “Reject” is as easy as “Accept”, and you can change your choice at any time. Advertising
Not active on this site
When switched on, free guides, practice sheets, roadmaps, PDF pages, blog posts and Launch a SaaS chapters, and the pages that list them, may show Google AdSense ads, labelled as ads. Ads never appear on premium pack, bundle, checkout, download, tools, Start here or policy pages.
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
Personalised ads are shown only if you agree. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked through a Google-certified consent tool, as Google requires.
Affiliate links
Some tool links are affiliate links, labelled “Paid link”. When you click one you leave wins.solutions, and the tool maker's site may record that you came from us, usually with a cookie on their site, so they can pay us a commission if you buy. We don't share your personal data with them. Their privacy policy applies on their site.
Cookies
Right now this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small settings on your device, such as the checklist items you tick; they stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Why we are allowed to use your data
- Orders and emails you send us: you give us this data yourself for a specific purpose, such as receiving a pack or getting an answer (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, section 7(a)). Under the GDPR: to perform our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
- Newsletter, analytics and personalised ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Request data and page statistics handled by Cloudflare: delivering pages, keeping the site secure and finding slow pages. Under the GDPR, our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
Where your data is processed
We are based in India. Cloudflare serves the site from data centres around the world, and Cloudflare, Google and our email provider may process data in other countries, including the United States. We use only providers that commit by contract to protect personal data, and we move data abroad only as Indian law allows.
How we protect it
Every page is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to the people who run wins.solutions, through accounts protected by two-step verification. Paid files are stored privately and reached only through personal download links. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay, as the law requires, with what happened and what you can do.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it, such as the tax records of a purchase;
- withdraw a consent you gave, as easily as you gave it;
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- if you are in the EU or UK, also restrict or object to processing, or receive your data in a portable format.
Email us from the address the request is about. We may ask for something that shows the data is yours before acting. We reply within 30 days, and never charge for a request.
Complaints
Contact our grievance officer first: support@wins.solutions. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy a pack or join the newsletter. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we never target ads at children. Anyone can read the free guides without giving us personal data. If you think a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will email you at least 14 days before it applies and, where the change needs your consent, ask for it again.
